African Drumming Classes

Classes are held every Tuesday at Marrickville West Primary School from 6pm

NEW CLASSES STARTING 02 FEBRUARY 2010 BOOK EARLY

Rhythm is the essence of Senegalese music, and Pape Mbaye, Yacou Mbaye and Thiass Mbaye bring all their years of experience to teaching African Drumming and rhythms.

They will help you find your inner rhythm – after all, we all began with a beat, a heart beat. So even if you have never played djembe or any kind of African Drum before, Pape, Yacou and Thiass will teach you using the same age old methods their fathers and grandfathers taught them.

Lessons are held for a range of levels from Beginners to Advanced.

African Drumming Lessons are held every Tuesday at Marrickville West Primary School from 6pm to 7.30pm.

Lessons cost $25 per class, or $120 pre booking a course of six lessons.

Kai Fech also regularly holds weekend African Drumming and Dance workshops and Master classes throughout Australia and overseas. Contact us for more details, or if you would like us to organise a workshop in your area.
